Volunteers

We welcome volunteers in school and appreciate the time and expertise you could give. If you are interested in volunteering, please contact school to discuss this further. All volunteers are required to have an enhanced DBS. Whilst we can do this for you, we do require a regular commitment from you to enable this to happen.

Volunteers undertake varied roles in school, depending on experience and availability. These roles include; administrative support; catering, class support, swimming and trips out.

We also offer placements for students undertaking training in roles we have in school, typically teaching students and teaching assistant students. Work experience placements are also offered. With all student placements, providing us with as much notice as possible, and a clear outline of your needs helps achieve a good outcome.

We have clear induction procedures for all volunteers and students to ensure everyone understands and adheres to our ethos.
